Casa Fiets is located in the heart of the old town of Alaior, one of the most charming and historic villages in Menorca. Our house, originally built in 1877, is a living example of the island’s traditional architecture: thick marés stone walls, wood that has withstood generations, and that sense of warmth only spaces with soul can offer.
The house has been fully restored with care and sensitivity, preserving the authenticity of its materials while making it welcoming for guests. A place where the passage of time and everyday life find balance. Here, past and present coexist with natural harmony.
The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and designed to provide everything you need to feel comfortable, but also to truly disconnect: there are no televisions or major distractions here. Instead, you’ll find quiet corners to browse books from our small library, a terrace to enjoy the afternoon breeze, and spaces that invite you to breathe, rest, and live at a slower pace.
At Casa Fiets, we want our guests to discover Menorca from the inside out, by living in an authentic village house. A space where you can slowdown, change pace and enjoy the little moments: slow breakfasts, afternoon siestas and days that pass without having to rush anywhere, simply living calmly.
